  • Can I order from multiple restaurants?

    No. Currently it is only possible to order from one restaurant at a time to prevent driver delays.

  • Can I order takeaway to be delivered at a later time?

    No. Currently there is no pre-order system set up, although it is something we may look into for the future.

  • How long do deliveries take?

    Times can vary between Takeaway orders, Beer Taxi orders and Shop orders but we aim to have your order delivered within 30 minutes.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept card (Paid online at the checkout) and cash (paid at the door upon delivery).

  • Can I pay by card at the door when you deliver my order?

    No. We currently only take card payments online.

  • Do you deliver outside of Sligo?

    No. We currently only serve county Sligo.

  • Do I need ID to order alcohol from the Beer Taxi?

    If you look underage, you will be asked to present a valid form of Photo ID upon delivery. Without it, you will not receive your order.

  • Can I pay for Beer Taxi and Shop orders with a card?

    No. Currently it is only possible to pay for these types or orders by cash at the door upon delivery due to the varying prices of items.

  • Can I place an order without signing up?

    No. You will have to create an account in order to place an order.

  • What is the minimum delivery charge?

    €3 minimum.

  • How do I know if my order has been received?

    If you have selected to receive text updates (Selected by default), you will receive a text alerting you that the restaurant has received your order and is currently processing it. You should also receive an email from us confirming your order. You can also check the 'My Orders' page to view the status of your order.

  • Is there a minimum order cost?

    No. There is no minimum order cost.

  • How do I know how far along my order is?

    There are multiple ways to check this.
    If you have selected to receive text updates (Selected by default), you will receive text updates when your order is being processed.
    You should also receive a tracking link, in which you can watch your delivery driver in real time on a map.
    You can also check the 'My Orders' page to view your order's status.
